We want you to love your surf-themed/custom gear! As a print-on-demand dropshipping store powered by Printify, our products are made-to-order, so we follow these guidelines:

Eligibility – Returns accepted only for defects (e.g., printing errors, damaged in transit) within 30 days of delivery. – Not eligible: Wrong size/color (check size charts), change of mind, or custom designs you approved.

– Perishables/personalized items are non-returnable.

Process

1. Email aloha@hawaii.surf with order #, photos of issue, and reason within 30 days.
2. If approved (we’ll inspect via Printify), we’ll issue a reprint or refund (product cost only; shipping non-refundable).
3. For Printify errors (e.g., delay > estimated time), full refund/reprint at no cost to you.

Refunds – Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days. – Partial refunds for partial issues (e.g., one damaged item in a set).

International/Customs – Buyer pays return shipping unless our error; customs fees non-refundable.
